Expert Witness · Data & Analytics
Numbers come from somewhere.I find out where.
25+ years building the systems that produce financial and operational reporting — and reconstructing those figures from source records when they're disputed.
What the work looks like
A figure was reported. The question is what sits underneath it.
Most disputes involving data come down to one exercise: take the number a party put in a filing, a statement, or a claim, and trace every dollar of it back to the transactional records that should support it. What doesn't trace is the finding.
The highlighted line is the finding — the portion of a reported figure with nothing behind it in the records. Establishing that, and being able to defend how it was established, is what I'm retained to do.
Illustrative. Not drawn from any matter.

Background
25+ years across manufacturing, records management, media, public education, financial services, and consumer packaged goods — in operations and continuous improvement before moving into data and analytics.
Most recently built the analytics layer for a national outlet intelligence platform at The Coca-Cola Company covering approximately 250,000 retail locations: Azure Synapse curated views, Power BI semantic model design, advanced DAX, and reconciliation of reported figures against source transactional data.
Earlier work includes a global document management system upgrade across five datacenters and 300+ facilities, a DMAIC effort that reduced Days Sales Outstanding from 63.41 to 56.03 days, and a claims and operations analysis at Lincoln Financial Group that identified approximately $11.5M in savings.
